Meeting Agendas

The Board of Directors meets monthly to provide oversight for planning, construction, and financing of LOTT programs and joint facilities, and plans for future facilities and services.

Business Meeting Agenda Packets

Business Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month. Complete Agenda packets for all Board Business Meetings are posted prior to each meeting, and remain posted for twelve months. Business Meeting Packets include the Agenda, Minutes of the previous meetings, current financial data, and staff reports for all the main agenda items, including applicable attachments.

Business Meeting Program Reports

Program Reports provide an opportunity for the Board to receive monthly financial information and brief updates about LOTT programs and activities not addressed as part of other business meeting agenda items.

Work Session Agendas

Work Sessions provide opportunities for the Board to have more in depth briefings and discussions about special topics than is possible in formal Business Meetings. Work Sessions are held on the fourth Wednesday as needed, and feature Agendas that are more informal.

Special Meeting Agendas

Special meetings are occasionally held to share and discuss significant program and capital facility changes, and challenges that are likely to face LOTT and its four partner jurisdictions.
